Hey, great site! I've been having similar struggles regarding disability and stuff. I also have diabetes and I struggled a lot with depression because of bipolar disorder, so I feel you on thinking a lot about wasted time and that kind of thing. I've been trying to eat better and go to the gym and all that and things are okay, but still got a lot left to do. I hope you're doing well and best of luck :)
